Terms of use
1. The service
orb is an AI client for desktop and mobile, operated by CÔNG TY TNHH ERPFIT. It is in a closed preview: invitation only, no charge, and it may change or stop without notice.
2. Your account
You sign in with your own Google account, after a team invited you. Keep it secure. Your data is handled as the privacy notice says.
3. You stay in control
orb acts on your computer — files, the browser, business systems — and asks before every risky step. You are responsible for the steps you approve and for having the right to use the files, accounts and systems you point it at. orb never types a password and never solves a captcha.
4. AI output can be wrong
Answers and actions come from AI models and may be wrong or incomplete. Check them before you rely on them, especially for legal, financial or health matters.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use orb to break the law, to send spam or unsolicited messages, to get around security measures, to impersonate anyone, or to overload other people's services. We may suspend access that does.
6. Ownership
Your content stays yours. orb's software, name and design belong to CÔNG TY TNHH ERPFIT.
7. Liability
The preview is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss that comes from relying on AI output or from steps you approved.
8. Law
These terms follow Vietnamese law. Disputes are settled by negotiation first, then by a competent Vietnamese court.
